Garnet, Montana

After an extended timeout for a consulting engagement, I’ve spent the summer shooting and processing new images. At Mike Rosulek’s suggestion, I spent a day in the Montana ghost town of Garnet in late June. I was struck by the rich visual opportunities as well as Garnet’s sense of place and history. It was a time for me to return to the type of subjects that I had explored when I first started to photograph seriously. Click here to view some of the images from this visit to Garnet. You can also download a free PDF eFolio containing the Garnet images for viewing locally. This file is low resolution to keep the download small. It will display nicely on-screen and may be printed at low resolution. I hope you enjoy it.
